This Operational and Strategic Plan and the creation of a Website, were made possible through funding by Douglas Shire Council through its ‘Council Grants Program – Major Grant’, January 2020.

The Call of the Running Tide Operational and Strategic Plan, CRT OSP is available here.

The Call of the Running Tide Operational team and writers of the above OSP include Jill Chism Curator, Rosey Cummings Coordinator and Barbara Malarski OSP Writer and Consultant. The website was created by Alice Royster. Many additional artists and individuals as well as ‘Colour my Song’ Performers and ‘Bamboo Connect’ assisted with the first CRT festival in 2019.

The 2019 Dianne Cilento Excellence in Art Award through Tourism Port Douglas as part of the 2019 Douglas Business and Tourism Awards.
Australia Day, Art and Culture Award 2020 presented to Jill Chism by the mayor Cr. Julia Leu. A large component of this award was for the recognition of the major contribution made by the inaugural CRT festival.
